1. Orders Policy
- All abayas are custom made to order, therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Please ensure that all measurements and details are reviewed carefully before confirming your order.
2. Manufacturing Issues
- If there’s a manufacturing issue or if the item received is different from your order, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue.
3. Important Notes
- Color shades may vary slightly from the images shown due to lighting or screen differences — this is not considered a defect.
- In the rare case that a fabric is unavailable, it may be replaced with an equal or higher quality alternativewithout affecting the design.
- Minor loose threads are not considered defects, as each piece is carefully handmade.
